12. RETURNS AND WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS.

Customers or buyers have 14 business days to make the return or exchange once the product is received under the following mechanism:

12. 1 Email: customerservice@pookhats.com to receive a free product pickup guide.
12.2 Fill out the return/exchange form that will be sent to your email.
12.3 Leave the return/exchange form inside the box or packaging where the product will be returned or send it by mail to customerservice@pookhats.com
12.4 Paste the collection guide outside the box or packaging where the product will be returned.
12.5 Deliver the package to the parcel or courier company.

The product of the same cost will be exchanged for another size, provided that you have received a product of a different size than the one you requested.

In order for the product to be exchanged or returned, the following procedure will be followed:

a) The product must be received in its original condition and without having had any type of wear or abuse or alteration, with the complete labels and packaging as the product was received by the customer or buyer.
b) Once the provisions of the previous paragraph have been verified by P'OOK HATS, an email will be sent within 72 business hours to the customer or buyer, the origin or inadmissibility of the change or return request, as well as If applicable, the instructions to coordinate the refund or change.
c) Only requests for exchange or return of products purchased on the P'OOK HATS platforms will be processed, so in case of exchange or return of a product purchased at another point of sale, you must contact that establishment directly. .
d) Changes or returns are not accepted on products that have been purchased with sales or discounts or purchased with discount codes that have more than 15% applied, unless they have a defect or damage.
e) Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to factory damage or defects and for changes in sizes. For change of sizes the change will be made up to one time.

In returns of international purchases, the same return mechanism mentioned in the previous paragraphs will be applied. For returns of international purchases, the buyer customer must absorb, at his expense, all shipping-reception costs of the product and, where appropriate, other customs or other official expenses. The guarantee on the part of P'OOK HATS is limited to the free exchange of the product whose defect originated from the place of manufacture.
